Partnering with global organizations to improve labor rights and equality across the region.

We were engaged by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and UNIFEM (now part of UN Women) to provide legal guidance and support for their regional projects. This included advising on labor rights, women's employment conditions, and ensuring that local laws aligned with international human rights standards.

“Legal reform begins with awareness. We help international partners bring fairness into focus.”

Our process in working with international bodies:

  1. Legal Framework Analysis – Reviewed existing laws in Jordan affecting labor and gender equality.

  2. Policy Development – Helped draft legal recommendations aligned with global standards.

  3. Stakeholder Engagement – Participated in discussions with government and NGO representatives.

Services include:

  • Labor and human rights law review.

  • Policy drafting and legal reform proposals.

  • International legal collaboration.

Outcome:

Our contributions supported policy shifts toward greater labor equity and informed the development of more inclusive legal frameworks in the region.
