Engagement
Ongoing
The firm was engaged by the International Labour Organization and UNIFEM, now part of UN Women, to provide legal guidance and support for their regional projects. This included advising on labour rights and women’s employment conditions, and ensuring that local law aligned with international human rights standards.
Our Process
Legal framework analysis: reviewed existing laws in Jordan affecting labour and gender equality.
Policy development: helped draft legal recommendations aligned with global standards.
Stakeholder engagement: participated in discussions with government and NGO representatives.
Outcome
Our contributions supported policy shifts toward greater labour equity and informed the development of more inclusive legal frameworks in the region.
Legal reform begins with awareness. We help international partners bring fairness into focus.
